GENERAL MANAGER
JEN LOOPER leads the operations and strategy of the Advancia Corporation. As the GM, Jen’s responsibilities include establishing the goals and objectives of Advancia and ensuring the execution of these goals in accordance with the Advancia strategic plan, maintaining financial suitability and development of opportunities, delivering services to customers and attaining their satisfaction, maintaining a smooth flow of work between departments, defining Advanica services, developing and executing marketing plans, and recruiting/training senior management employees.
A leader with extensive experience developing and implementing high performance organizations in support of the mission and objectives. A proven manager with expertise in personnel development, planning, budgeting, acquisition, maintenance and operations; providing direction to diverse organizations through effective management for programs valued at more than $80M.
