Pre-Negotiated Contracting Vehicles
To facilitate the quick and easy purchase of services by the Federal and State government, Advancia has been awarded six ID/IQ pre-negotiated contracts. We are prepared to accept business using these contracts, if preferred by our client.

General Services Administration (GSA) Vehicles
Management Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) Orders under the MOBIS Schedule can encompass Management, Organizational, and Business efforts that will improve the performance, quality, timeliness, and efficiency of services provided by the federal government. The MOBIS schedule can be used worldwide by any federal agency. MORE
Schedule 70 General Purpose Commercial Technology Equipment, Software, and Services Through Schedule 70, Advancia can provide federal clients from any government agency with Information Technology and telecommunications hardware, software, and professional services. U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Mission Support Contract Under this five-year, $90 million contract, Advancia and its teammates will provide educational, technical, and analytical support to the TRADOC’s Engineer, Chemical, and Military Police Schools, the TRADOC Directorates, the Maneuver Support Battle Lab, the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Program Integration Office – Terrain Data, and the TRADOC Systems Manager. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Results Ordering Agreement The FAA’s Results Basic Ordering Agreement is a performance-based vehicle with an E-commerce, web-based, service order, acquisition and contract administration tool. Aviation and Department of Defense agencies can use this contract to order services from Advancia through the national and Southwest Region Qualified Vendors Lists. MORE
Oklahoma Statewide Information Technology (IT) Contracts Advancia is approved to provide IT services to Oklahoma state and local agencies through two contracts, the Statewide IT Consulting Contract (SW60715) and the Workstation and LAN Support Contract (SW60717). These contracts cover consulting, support, and hardware/software purchase, installation, and training. MORE
State of Oklahoma Risk Assessment Consulting Contract Securio Group LLC merges the cybersecurity and IT expertise of two Oklahoma-based companies -- DESA and Advancia -- for the benefit of our State clients. Securio employs security industry certified personnel to provide State agencies with IT network security and security controls assessments, risk analysis, and penetration and social engineering tests.
