contractor PERFORMANCE

Army Field Artillery (FA) School - Ft. Sill, OK
Advancia provided a Collective Training and Evaluation Team (CTET) that was responsible for conducting Mobile Training Team (MTT) training for redeploying units in the RESET/Train phase of the Army Force Generation (ARFORGEN) cycle.  This included preparing & maintaining lesson plans, producing accompanying training support plans, conducting the unit training, and conducting after action review & out-briefs.

Textron Systems Corporation: Scorpion/Intelligent Munitions System
Advancia provided the training and doctrinal support to Textron in support of the Scorpion/Intelligent Munitions System (IMS).  This included managing, designing, and developing a training system and task analysis in accordance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70.  Advancia’s effort included: data collection & analysis, technical publication development, virtual training module demonstration support, developmental training, training impact analysis, and updating training products/technical manuals.

US Army Corps of Engineers - Alexandria, VA & Ft. Leonard Wood, MO
Advancia provided course development and instruction for the Army Facilities Components System (AFCS).  This included development of formal lesson plans and basic training, development of a comprehensive Advanced AFCS course, a four-hour AFCS Leader’s course, and three distance learning (DL) courses; over 40 TDY training events were conducted.  Additionally, Advancia developed and supported USACE Base Camp Development Teams (BDT) training by developing, arranging, and conducting a 28-hour train-the-trainer development course as well as an advanced development course.

Army Signal Center (SIGCEN) - Ft. Gordon, GA
Advancia provided an ‘Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) Instructors Training Course’ to the SIGCEN for students from all services.  Advancia conducted training in agreement with the Master Training Schedule (MTS), provided and scheduled training, graded homework assignments, gave/graded examinations, and conducted labs.  Advancia utilized group-paced instruction (large group) instructional techniques using conference/discussion, demonstrations, practical exercises (PEs) and tests as methods of instruction and evaluation.
