Team With Us To Serve the CommunityAdvancia's corporate values are at the heart of everything we do, from serving our clients to serving the community. For instance, our support of the United Way is a shining example of our commitment to helping others. United Way In only three years time, Advancia coworkers have donated more than $30,000 to the United Way of Central Oklahoma. In recognition of this giving, the United Way annually awarded Advancia its Bronze Award each of those years for donations, recognizing contributions between $25.00 and $49.99 per employee. Additionally, Advancia is a United Way Pacesetter company. Pacesetter companies kick off United Way fundraising each year. The United Way calculates donation goals each year using Pacesetter company giving as its benchmark. Other Service In addition to yearly support of the United Way, Advancia employees contribute to Operation ELF (Extra Loving Friends), a year-round toy drive benefiting The Children’s Hospital of Oklahoma. Upon leaving the hospital, patients from infancy to age 18 receive a gift from Operation ELF. Each holiday season, Advancia designates a local organization to support. In 2003, we donated health and hygiene products to Positive Tomorrows, a shelter for homeless children in Oklahoma City. Each week, one of our Human Resources coworkers teaches music there, as well.
