(1) Description of Services.

(i) IT Systems Development Service (FPDS Code D302) . Advancia analysts, engineers, and subject matter experts design and develop custom-built, smart, computer-based, interactive multimedia applications that provide the right information at the right time to enhance human performance. These applications enhance decision-making, reduce training time, reinforce learning, lower overall costs, and improve employee performance. They will operate on DOS, Windows, or UNIX, and can be developed for CD-ROM or diskette. Specific IT-related systems developed or currently under development include:

  • Integrated network process models and simulations to analyze/forecast resources, capacities, and cost-benefits
  • Automated, artificial intelligence-based, analog and digital data collection, analysis, and feedback systems to improve operations and exercise control and feedback
